Through nature, embodied movement, meditation, energy healing, meaningful connection and moments of deep reflection you will gently release what no longer serves you and remember the woman that was there all along.
Not a new version of you but your truest self.
We will be staying in a private home for our retreat and this is the SHARED ROOM #2 with a TWIN BED for one individual reservation. (You will be sharing a room with 2 other women)
There are several bathrooms in this home and all reservations will be sharing these bathrooms.
