And, welcome to The Embodied Return Retreat Wed Nov 11th to Sunday Nov 15th nestled in the magical red rocks of Sedona and is much more than just another getaway.

This is a sacred invitation to slow down, soften reconnect with your body, awaken your spirit and return home to YOU.
Through nature, embodied movement, meditation, energy healing, meaningful connection and moments of deep reflections you will gently release what no longer serves you and remember the woman who has been there all along.
Not a new version but your truest self.
We will be staying in a private home and this is the SHARED ROOM with a TWIN BED for one individual reservation. (You will be sharing a large room with 3 other women)
There are several bathrooms in the home and all reservations will be sharing those bathrooms.
