And welcome to The Embodied Return Retreat held from Wed Nov 11th to Sunday Nov 15th which is nestled in the magical Sedona red rocks and is much more than just a getaway.

Through nature, embodied movement, meditation, energy healing, meaningful connection and moments of deep reflection you will gently release what is no longer serving you and remember the woman that has been there all along.

We will be staying in a private home for our retreat, and this is the PRIVATE Room with a QUEEN Bed for one individual reservation.
Ther are several bathrooms and these will be shared with all reservations.
